3 Ways Our Building Expansion Will Impact You
1) New Offset Printing Press
We are expanding because we are getting the Komori Lithrone G40 LED. It has all the capabilities of our current offset presses, plus more. The G40 is a 40” offset press which is essentially means we will be able to double the size of the sheets we are using, which cuts production time in half. Meaning, your project’s quality is not compromised, regardless of whether you need 10,000 or 100,000.
2) More Capabilities
The “plus more” part of our new press is we will now have the ability to do spot UV and reticulated varnish in line. Simplified, we won’t have to take the printed sheets from the press to another machine to complete those processes. It can all be done on the G40. Meaning, less production time. Meaning, your project’s quality is not compromised, and you won’t believe your eyes when you get it.

3) Environmentally Friendly
The new press allows us to begin integrating the LED system. The LED system allows us to become even more environmentally friendly by significantly decreasing the amount of energy needed to prepare the press for each job and cutting paper waste. Less energy also equals less production time. Meaning, your project’s quality is not compromised, but you’ll save a tree (or 3,000 trees).
The expansion connects to our wall with the graphic “Let’s Do This,” so that wall will be knocked out in a couple of months. A little more breathing room will be much appreciated by our production crew.
We broke ground on the expansion of our building in January and are currently on track to receive our press on June 1. Once the expansion is complete from the outside, the construction crew will knock down the wall with the graphic “Let’s Do This.” This building expansion increases our floor size, allowing us to continue investing in new equipment with new capabilities. Those new capabilities mean increasingly cool project options for you, with less production time.
